Handheld is a privately-held manufacturer of rugged mobile computers, including rugged tablets and PDAs. Handheld is one of the fastest growing companies in the sector.
For Naitiz X2 we really enjoyed the following features:
- Replaceable battery by the user (you can use either 3600mAh or 7200mAh batteries)
- 4 physical buttons for main android features
- The warranty is for 1, 3 or 5 years, it depends on the will of the customer
- Handheld has two service plans to satisfy even corporate customer needs. (MaxCare Service plans: MaxCare standard and MaxCare All inclusive)
- Handheld has created many accessories for X2 (docking, vehicle cradle, RFID scanner, etc). Some examples below.
